Two-way messages from the Chipmunk app will be saved in the Chipmunk Messaged Manager of your web portal. You will be able to monitor these messages from here.
Note: BusPlanner Web users can only acknowledge the message or email the subscriber sent through Chipmunk. They are unable to send a message back through the app.
