The Emergency Call List allows you to list a group of students so that their contacts can be reached in a time of emergency. The list will provide you with the students’ names and primary contact information.
Note: The Emergency Call List by Route and the Emergency Call List by Run serve the same function; while the Emergency Call List by Run can only list students based on a selected Run, the Emergency Call List by Route can list students by Route, Component, or Run.
Emergency Call List Results
The results of the Emergency Bus Call List are listed below the search criteria when the Show button is used, in a separate Excel document if the Save button is used, and in PDF format if the To PDF button is used. If you click on a student name, their transportation details are shown.
•Name – The last and first name of the student. If there is an asterisk next to the student’s name, they need to be met at the bus by an adult. Clicking on the student’s name will redirect you to the student’s Transportation Details. |
Contact Priority
The rules for how which contact info is shown on the Emergency Call List report use the following priority: •Stop contact; this is the contact associated to the address type which is associated to the student’s bus stop. •Priority contact name & preferred phone. •Student's phone number. •Priority contact name & other phone. •Other contact & other phone. •If none of these can be found, no contact will be shown.
